Before founding this company I spent a long time contemplating what I wanted this company to be. My first thoughts were, how can I address the worries and concerns of my customers that would give them absolute peace of mind. Why is customer peace of mind so important? Because the industry itself has a stigma attached to finding trustworthy tradespeople.
So I decided that MY company needed to be different. It needed to stand out (far and wide) from the ones we often refer to as “cowboys”.
This company, PF Roofing, would be one built on trust and we would deliver on that trust by always being reliable and always aiming to be affordable.
We know that our customers need a company that they can rely on when they need them and they need a company that will always be honest when it comes to pricing.
